Welcome, Smoker!
As a smoker, you may have
noticed that about the only place you truly
feel welcome lately is in a tobacco store or
your private club.
Now you can add this site to your list of
places you truly belong!
Even
though I became a non-smoker almost 40 years
ago, and times have certainly changed, I
still vividly remember ... You have a
compassionate friend here.
If
you are finding that tobacco use has become
more liability than pleasure, you are in the
right place. After a few thousand
unsuccessful attempts to quit smoking, I
pieced together a fool-proof system for
becoming a non-smoker. You can do it too,
and while you continue to smoke---right up
to that magical transition moment when you
notice that you simply do not smoke, do not
crave tobacco, and find it hard to believe
that you ever did.
The entire
program is contained in the workbook
"Changing Your Mind About Smoking."
You will find it
to be very helpful throughout the course.
You don't have to buy one to
takes these classes, but it will
help you progress more quickly.
I will teach you the
whole program for free---on video, in the
comfort and privacy of your home, office,
park bench or wherever you have Internet
service that is fast enough to view
streaming videos. Here is the
first video of the series---a "promo" of
sorts ...
(QUALITY NOTE
ON VIDEOS: Download problems may cause
videos to be choppy or stop in the middle.
If this is too distracting, try refreshing
the page, or wait for a 'quieter' Internet
time. If portions of the audio go out of
sync with the video, looking away from the
speaker's lips helps restore concentration.)

you have the resources---You will find it to be very helpful in
keeping you on track throughout the course, and it will take the place of your
having to do a lot of extra note writing in a spiral notebook. You can either get it
immediately in e-book form or get the pre-printed, coil bound version by going
HERE.
